Studio Series at The Dancers’ Workshop
Not a dancer? No problem! All classes are designed for non-dancers and dancers alike! All adults are welcome!
Ballet Barre & Condition: Do you miss the bliss of classical plies and tendus at the barre? Join us for this 60-min class and reconnect to your inner ballerina. Our teachers will bring you through a dynamic barre series to strengthen and lengthen your muscles. We have added the conditioning element into this class, as we know the importance of balance as we age! We all have to age, why not do it gracefully? Dance Fit: Dance Fit is the perfect combination of burn & fun! This series offers fresh, fun, and easy choreography to improve cardiovascular health and torch calories. Class concludes with a cool-down and stretch. Only at TDW! Instructor-Erin Pasko Wednesday, 7:30pm
Yoga w/ Meditation: Learn classic yoga flows infused with guided meditations to support your well-being. Our Yoga/Meditation classes are open to all levels, and will introduce different yoga moves to increase body awareness, decrease stress and pain in the body, and increase your own positive mindset. Instructor: Meghan Angello Tuesday, 7:00pm, Friday 9:00am
Pilates: Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. We put emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
